Order Placed

If your order status is displayed as
     - Pending : It means that the order has been received but the payments have not been received by us, unless it's a Cash on Delivery order it will not be processed till we receive the payments.
     - Paid-CC / Paid-DP : The order has been received and paid for. Our order processing team will process your order for the next stage.

Processing

If your order status is displayed as "Processing", it means that your order has been confirmed and forwarded to our warehouse for despatch. The Order processing / Warehouse team will send you the communication on your delivery timelines. Incase there are issues with "Stock Availability", our warehouse team will communicate the same to you at the earliest..

Shipped

If your order status is complete, it means that the order has been shipped to you and the tracking details are emailed/Sms'ed to you. You can check the delivery status from the tracking link that is emailed to you.
